Scam, placed an order, tracking said package delivered but never received. Their email address bounces and the website is offline. My credit card also reversed the charge without me even asking them, they must have known was a scammer.

I ordered a box also that never came I hate scammers I hope they family goes extinct

I ordered a month ago a $48 big mystery box Amazon box and they gave me a tracking number and I tracked it for about a month and today it said it was delivered. I never got it.

I ordered the $32 box on the black Friday weekend. Nothing yet. At this point I just want my money back

I ordered a medium mystery box (35 products) for $32.99 on Nov 29th (Black Friday). The website was advertising that the products were coming from an Amazon warehouse and display a certificate of partnership with Amazon on the website too.

I keep checking the tracking number on the website they provide, track718.us. At Dec 2 11:24pm, I check the tracking info and it said that it was delivered at 2024-12-21 11:26:23 (didn't specify AM or PM) but nothing came and I, as well as my family, was home all day. Mind you, it didn't say it was delivered to my address specifically but to my hometown/ zip code.

I will be trying to get my money back.

I order two big electronic boxes from them and never receive them and said they were delivered and now I can't email them or anything nothing is working

I ordered a mystery box for $22 and I was following the tracking for it and when it said it was delivered it’s not there and I checked my neighbors and nothing. Need to know how to get a refund for it

Not sure how this is going to turn out. I have screen shots of everything that has transpired thus far. The aooneet.link led me to a gleyee.store @outlook.com which leads to business in Singapore. I'm expecting a package today or tomorrow. Either way I feel I have enough to be able to pursue charges being being reversed. Fingers crossed

I ordered from them a month ago and they sent me a tracking number but it sent me to a website call tracking718 and it says my package was delivered from Hong Kong now it's snowing it been delivered to my home post service and they don't have a package for me so do not order from the site ever it's not a real site

Ordered from toktok website, paid they sent and invoice with an order # and withdraw funds from credit card. I've went to this website to check order number and keeps saying nothing been ordered. Sm/Md/Lg boxes have been ordered and NOTHING!. scam definitely! Tiktok should be held responsible as well. Credit company should refund also. Email them isn't helping cause it's not responding either.

I ordered a mystery box from TikTok about a month ago and I still haven't gotten my order i tried contacting them on there email and no response what a scam I can't believe TikTok let's that happen they should be responsible

This company ducks. I tried to tract my purchase but it says I didn't buy anything yet. Ordered a large box for $ 50.00. Live and learn. Scam!!! Stay away!!! I would like to meet them just once and show them how I feel.

I ordered a 23$ box and it’s been 2 weeks I go to the page to type my order number and is says I haven’t order it by a have a screen shot of the order placed(ITS A SCAM)

Just want to know if anyone has gotten any of there products if they have bought from this company. I would like to buy a small box but I am very skeptical because I don’t know if I will get my products.
