I had a truly disappointing experience with Healo that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a product that was advertised as being made in the USA, but what I received was a cheap knockoff from China. This is not just a minor oversight; it’s outright dishonesty in their advertising. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service for help, I was met with nothing but frustration. Their responses were auto-generated and completely unhelpful. They continued to send me generic emails without addressing my concerns. It felt like they were trying to brush me off rather than resolve the issue. Adding insult to injury, they claimed that I couldn’t return the item because I had purchased a promotional item. This is completely untrue, as I ordered a regular-priced product that they consistently sell for $54.99. It seems they’re just using this excuse to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. They also advertise a 14-day delivery window, which is another lie. I ended up waiting 31 days for my order to arrive. This kind of misleading information is unacceptable. In short, my experience with Healo has been nothing but a headache. Their dishonesty, poor customer service, and deceptive practices make it clear that they are not a trustworthy company. I urge anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!
