I intend to assist my credit card provider to file fraud charges against them. They take fraud and scams seriously because of financial losses for covering fraud protection.

I experienced the same thing as Julie Miller. Saw Tupperware clearance advertised on Instagram and thought it was legit. Only now see where my money went to, also on Nov. 20.

I ordered some things that claimed to be Tupperware clearance items and they took my money, but there’s no tracking, no email confirmation, can’t even find them in my browser history. Bank shows ibsacol online Su’urlandsbraut London GBGB took the money on November 20, 2024. What can a person do? I was counting on taking these to my new grandbaby in January 2025.

Order form this company since November 17th did not get anything said that is Costco scam me of my money I need my money back am not even working that is why I run to get give me back my money.

Took my payment pretending to be Costco tried to fix the problem through cash app with no help lost the money no product received

BEWARE!!!! Thought I placed an order with Costco Wholesale. Received a confirmation email with detailed info. including an Order #. Never received item so, I called Costco customer service. Costco could not locate Order # and suggested I call my bank. Turns out merchant is listed as "Ibsacol On Line" in London; scam. Bank is investigating. Hopefully, I will get my money back.

Definitely a scam, took my money, no confirmation email or goods. Tried to get the payment stopped without success. Stay clear

I thought I was ordering from Costco. I never received an email. I checked my credit card, the charge came from ibsacol. I'm trying to get my money back from my credit card.

I placed an order believing it to be Space NK, wasn’t until it came up as Ibsacol in my bank that I realised. I received an email which can’t be replied too and website has disappeared. Not surprisingly I have not received anything. Please beware

Definately dodgy. Only take your money

I ordered a plasma cutter. Should have known better for the price. Pretty sure I will never get it. Never got confirmation or anything.

Ibsacol does seem to be a fraudulent site as I placed an order and nothing ever came of it.
