DO NOT do business with M-XPRESS.COM This company was hired for a Cash package delivery from a lottery winner on x.com, who was giving away money to those she deemed would benefit. The chat agent extorted me to pay increasing fees for this delivery to commence. They started w/smaller amounts $150, $350, $750, $850 and after 5 payments, the last being $1650, the sender added further $ to the package and they then wanted to charge me $2190 MORE claiming the packages must be delivered together and that the sender could NOT pay the fee, it must be paid by the recipient. They have no business license. I also discovered that the "location" addresses on their contact page are all bogus. Their website was down a few days & the agent claimed the company’s “policy” page was not up yet. From research I learned that the website was only months old. I asked to cancel the shipment, return the package and yet they refused me a refund 2x even though they provided no service. They insisted that the sender would have to pay that last fee just to retrieve their package and they were sketchy about the parameters for that to happen. They also said they could seize the high value package.
