Apparently my name was added to the list of people that have been scammed by this company. I sent an email telling them item was not delivered as stated & the email wouldn’t go through because the customer service email address was bogus. I hate scammers & wish I could leave negative stars

I ordered from them in December. Never received product. Reached out via email, never got a response. Just tried reaching out again and now the email comes back non-existent.

This site is a scam. I ordered $18 worth of merchandise in Dec and still have not received it. I reached out to support and a lady name Evelyn stated that my package was on the way. Gave me a tracking number. I used it on there site to track my package and it said it was coming from China. Waited two more weeks and reached out to support again, letting them know that I never received my items and wanted a refund but this time, no one replied. I reported them to the FTC and to the state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Then I cancelled the card that I paid them with to make sure they don’t take anymore money off my card. I hope my $18 they stole was worth it. Broke bums need to get an honest job!!!

0 stars, ordered on 11/25, still no product, blocked me so i cannot get onto site

Do not buy anything from this store!!! TikTok shop and Shopify did not vet this buyer and they are not legit and are scammers!

0 stars. There is no customer support. They blocked my IP address so I can't access the site. I ordered 3 things on 12/7. It's 1/16 and still nothing.

I purchased from this company through Tik Tok 12/8/2024 and never received my order. I reached out on 12/18/2024, and got a response saying my package is still on the way. 12/27/2024 I reached out again and no response, disputed the transaction with Cash App and the denied my refund stating the company told them my order was delivered, but couldn’t provide me with how the contacted the company or send me a copy of the conversation. On 1/2/2025 i tried to reach out again and now the email doesn’t exist. So I lost out on $25.00 I’m beyond pissed with the company and with Cash App.

Scam ..Never received item so went through bank to get refund.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Never received my items either. I emailed them twice and never received a response so I disputed it with my bank and got my money back.

I left them an email telling them I wanted reimbursed and they blocked me. I even notified tiktok (where I originally purchased my items) and they pretty much told me "oh well, ur loss, we don't deal with 3rd parties" like wtf! I'll NEVER trust tiktok shop ever again and now I'm out $36, which pisses me off!

Apparently, I’m one of the mini that has been ripped off.
