I has disappointed for the OXY investment these are made me lie me because I have been for my account didn't my withdrawal is the under review why???

Firstly they told me my money then when they show proof the bank account had an extra digit that was never there before. Now they want me to pay 10000 rand to unfreeze my account. I do not just want to report it I want to know how I can get my money back
