I ordered on May 6 thinking it was Lane Bryant and I was checking my package every day and now today I can’t go on there. It’s telling me something about cloud something and I can’t even see the website anymore. I can’t even go onto their shop. I emailed them and tell him I wanted a refund. I’m waiting for a response. If not, I’ll just dispute the charges.

If I could give a negative score, I would. I ordered items they claimed were Lane Bryant clearance on March 30th and I have been fighting with them since April 9th. It is not 05/13/25. For weeks and weeks I can't get correct tracking and then they just claimed it was delivered with no proof. They said no refund, then as I complained over and over they offered 30% the incrementally higher until we got to they would keep $15 in shipping costs. Then they offered $3 on that. So they wanted to charge me $12 for me to get nothing. They claimed it was hard economic times. Finally, I told them they had 5 days for a full refund or I would dispute the charge and start posting everywhere I could about their scam. So today, on the day I am disputing they said I could have a 100% refund but it would take another two weeks. Nope sorry- I gave you too much time and energy. They count on other people not wasting this much effort on $40 to $50 bucks. SCAM- I disputed the transaction today and for those wanting to know their other name- my charge says SHEVMEIISHCOMSTORE vestormeiish.com
